The powerful defenders of the Digital World face off in frenzied competition as the first ever “Digimon Evolution Tournament” is held to crown the strongest Digimon of them all! Players will battle for supremacy in either the main Versus Battle Mode or Story Mode with intuitive controls so that players of all skill levels will be able to pick up and play. Fans can select from a roster of 12 popular base Digimon characters and kick up the heat by Digivolving into incredibly powered up forms to rampage across the arena and pulverize opponents with flashy and explosive ultimate attacks.
Digicards add a unique aspect to the fighting gameplay with offensive and defensive Digicards that can throw the battle momentum with various effects such as explosions, shockwaves, or increased attributes. These cards will have a lottery chance to activate at the end of player combos to continue the stream of intense battle. The 3D arena space will also have interactive stage elements to keep players on their toes, such as lava, breakable structures, large fans, and even a speeding train that’s not going to stop for anyone.
DIGIMON All-Star Rumble is out now in Europe, Middle-East and Australasia on PS3 and Xbox 360.
